Yes — Express Reset services are available for certain items with an added fee. Subject to availability and item condition. Enquire early to secure a slot.
We currently operate in London with limited pick-up/drop-off zones. More locations launching soon. Members receive priority bookings and discounted collections.
No — you can bring your own items. But if you shop through Wear the Aura, you get discounts on future care & customisation.
